We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Damaged or wrong items: Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the chat on our website and we'll make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
